Support Material

Support for PLA (Bambu Lab)

Bambu's dedicated breakaway support for PLA. Same PLA also works as support but requires cleanup with an xacto knife — may leave marks on contact surfaces.

Expert Tips

  • PLA prints best with 100% part cooling fan after the first layer.
  • Stock Bambu profiles are well-tuned — minimal tweaking needed.
  • For dimensional accuracy, calibrate flow rate with a single-wall cube.
